Why not just buy an app, or hire an agency?
Quote apps are cheap but you set them up yourself, and they don't touch your Google profile. Agencies do the setup but usually charge agency prices and don't give you a quote tool. This sits in between.

FAQ
Straight answers
Is there a long contract?
No. You pay the $750 setup once. From month 2 it's $200/mo, month-to-month. Either side can stop with 30 days' notice, and you keep everything already built.
Who owns the website and Google profile?
You do. Your Google Business Profile stays in your name and we're added as a manager you can remove any time. If we stop working together, we hand everything over.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They get a text or email with a link, see the quote on their phone, and tap Approve. They can also download the PDF.
Can my employees use it?
Yes. You invite them by link and each person gets their own login under your company. No extra charge per person.
Can I use my own prices?
Yes. Your price book is yours. You or an admin set the prices, and every quote line can still be edited before it's sent.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. Alberta GST 5% is the default, with HST presets for other provinces. You check every quote before it goes out. It's a tool, not tax advice.
I already have a website. Do I still need this?
Not the site part. We can point your Google profile and quote links at your current site and focus on Google and quoting.
Can you guarantee #1 on Google or ChatGPT?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls where Google or an AI tool puts you. What we do is the work they look for: a complete Google profile, a page for each service and town, the same name, address and phone on Bing, Apple, Yelp and local directories, LocalBusiness schema, and a steady habit of asking for reviews. That gives you the best fair shot. Results take time and depend on your reviews, your area and your competition.
What does "show up in AI answers" mean?
More people now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI answers or Siri things like "who fixes furnaces in Okotoks?" Those tools pull from your Google profile, your website, directory listings and reviews. If that information is complete and matches everywhere, they can understand what you do and where, and are more likely to mention you. We set that up. We don't promise they will.

The first location is the base price: $750 setup + $200/mo from month 2. Each extra location is +$250 setup and +$75/mo, up to 5 locations. Example: 3 locations = $1,250 setup + $350/mo. Each extra location gets its own Google Business Profile and service-area page; the quote app, price book and staff logins are shared. Over 5 locations, email us for a quote.
Is there anything else to pay?
Nothing required. If you want your own web address (like yourshop.ca), that's about $15–30 a year, paid by you directly so you own it.

Send your business name and town. We'll reply with what we'd fix on your Google profile first.
Privacy: quotes live in this app's private database and only your company's logins see them. A customer sees a quote only through the private link you send. Voice dictation, if switched on later, sends audio to a speech-to-text provider. The app doesn't give tax or legal advice; you review every quote before it goes out.
